Key Responsibilities:
•Assess functions, objectives, and requirements across bookkeeping, payroll, taxation, and client reporting.

•Gather and analyse financial and operational data to support recommendations and business cases.
•Collaborate with management and accounting teams to document requirements and improve workflows.
•Support the evaluation, testing, and roll-out of new digital tools and reporting systems.
•Run internal workshops and provide training to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
•Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial or professional services.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
•Familiarity with accounting software, payroll systems, and reporting tools is an advantage.

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and assisting with payroll management. This role involves preparing provisional balances, reconciling accounts, processing payroll, and compiling financial reports for management. You will work closely with the payroll team to develop and improve payroll systems and handle various financial duties, including processing holiday, sick, and maternity pay, travel expenses, and preparing cost analyses.
Key Responsibilities:
•Record and verify daily financial transactions.
•Prepare provisional balances and reconcile with relevant accounts.
•Supervise and assist the payroll team, developing payroll systems and procedures.
•Calculate wages, hours worked, deductions, and voluntary contributions.
•Process holiday, sick, and maternity pay, as well as travel and subsistence expenses.
•Compile and distribute wages and salaries efficiently.
•Prepare cost analyses and reports for management, calculating overheads and other expenses.
Skills and Qualifications:
